Paratha
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp Aadi’s Pure Desi Cow Ghee
- Water, as needed for kneading
- Salt, to taste
- Additional Aadi’s Pure Desi Cow Ghee for cooking
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of Aadi’s Pure Desi Cow Ghee.
- Gradually add water and knead the mixture until you get a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin.
