Pav Bhaji Masala

We have made this rich aromatic pav bhaji masala by using red chilli, coriander, saunf, tomato powder, cumin seeds, bay leaves, black pepper and black salt. All these ingredients give out a strong aroma to the masala. Along with it, we have also used kachri, dried pomegranate seeds and star anise which gives the sweet, tangy and spicy taste to it. Finally to give the masala a complete flavor we have added salt, dry mango powder, cloves, cardamom and turmeric.
