Shahi Biryani Pulav Masala

This strong-flavoured biryani / pulav masala has been made using an ample proportion of cumin, cassia, coriander, bay leaves, cloves and black pepper. In addition to that, we have also used spices like star anise, black cardamom, cardamom, dry ginger and caraway seeds that helps to give a strong aroma to your dish. An unusual spice like stone flower has also been used due to
which you get a rich texture to the main ingredient. At the end, salt, turmeric and mace are added to complete making the masala.
